A Single Universal ID
Every person or company has a single universal ID. The universal ID is they key to getting into the system or site and is stored on a SiteCard™. This ID never changes and is the identifier for that person or business.

The Audit process is simple and painless. If the auditor does not have a Universal ID, they can be obtained by creating a profile and making a request and the entire corporate profile is on-line for the auditor.
Proactive Stand and Deliver Management
The days are gone where you need to mine through files to set up a Stand and Deliver course. Wherever Works™ has you covered, using Real-Time Workforce Compliance™ you can plan a course based using the course builder. Select dates, location and course and maximum and the Compliance Matrix creates the attendee list automatically.
Ratings Based Decision Making
We collect ratings on training programs from any vendor that is recorded in the system. These ratings can help compliance officers run training that has the highest ratings from trainees or fits your training schedule.
